Jeff Behling, CEO of the Americas, Announces Retirement at the end of 2024

After an incredible 47-year journey in the fluid power industry, our esteemed CEO, Jeff Behling, will be retiring at the start of the new year. Jeff joined STAUFF in 2013 and has since become a pillar of our company, bringing kindness, passion, and success in all aspects of his work.

Jeff has been a crucial leader guiding STAUFF to success whether he was connecting and collaborating with colleagues in the Waldwick offices, or traveling the world meeting customers and partners ensuring face to face connections could be made no matter the location. His leadership has created an environment where professionalism and friendliness go hand in hand making STAUFF feel like a family. Jeff's dedication to driving STAUFF forward has left an undeniable mark.

As Jeff transitions into retirement, he is excited to spend more time with family, pursue and explore his hobbies, and take on new board roles. While Jeff's shoes will be tough to fill, we are thrilled to announce that Ryan Schenk, our current Director of Operations, will be stepping into the role of President, responsible for North America. Ryan has been with STAUFF for 16 years and he, much like Jeff, has shown unwavering dedication, steadfast leadership, and a willingness for continual growth.
